Future Transportation Energy: Oppotunities and Challenges

ITS-Davis researchers Anthony Eggert, Dan Sperling, Joan Ogden, and Tom Turrentine along with DOE/ORNL senior scientist David Greene briefed senior congressional and agency staff at the US Capitol on January 23, 2007. The briefing, sponsored by Congressman Mike Thompson (D - CA), focused on transportation technologies and fuels that have the potential to dramatically reduce petroleum consumption and greenhouse gas emissions from the transportion sector.
