ITS Davis researchers Anthony Eggert, Dan Sperling, Joan Ogden, and Tom Turrentine along with senior scientist David Greene from Oak Ridge National Lab briefed senior congressional and agency staff at the US Capitol on January 23, 2007.
The briefing, sponsored by Congressman Mike Thompson (D - CA), focused on transportation technologies and fuels that have the potential to dramatically reduce petroleum consumption and greenhouse gas emissions from the transportion sector.
